• I recently ordered a pair of lizards from 888. When I phoned a few days later to enquire, they told me the female of the species cannot be obtained, so I changed the order to a different species they said was readily obtainable and delivery was arranged for the next week. However, a day before delivery it was cancelled since they could again not find the lizards. They promised to let me know when they received new stock, but 3 weeks after paying them I was still waiting. I then cancelled my order and requested a refund, which was only given after I called to enquire 10 days later. Afterwards I ordered the same lizards from Reptiles Plus and they were delivered within a few days. No comparison!
