• I WILL NEVER BOOK A-LINE TAXI AGAIN; I MISSED MY TRAIN AND EVEN INJURED NY HAND. I booked a taxi from Cleveland Way to train station last Wednesday. I wanted to book it far earlier because of road works in Chesterfield Town centre but the lady suggested 1715 which would have given me more than enough time to catch my train. The taxi had not arrived as at 1735 when we left the house. They called me at 1740 and I presume that was when the taxi had arrived; 25 minutes late. I called twice to find out why the taxi hadn't arrived and I would potentially miss the train and the lady I spoke told me to go and complain to the council about the road works and she was very rude and not sympathetic that I was going to miss my train. Very poor customer service!!!
