• Overcharged, lied that he went i to connection charge, added another child fee of £15 despite my son being a 16year old. Fare normally £50-£60. This driver took £125 from my son who had to give directions as the driver got lost going into Westfield car park. Sat Nav said my son would arrive to his birthday party at 5pm this driver took an extra hour as he had no idea of where he was going. How did he even end up in Westfield’s and just lied that he crossed over into congestion charge. I’ve just read the reviews on this firm something should be done now!!
