• Scam company will sell.ylu faulty cars give you warranty but wont deal with the issue for months and then tell you your warranty has expired avoid

• Rubbish service, awful mechanics who dont know what they are doing, they blame you for problems they create and then charge you to fix. Worst garage I have ever used.

• part exchanged our skoda fabia for a kia carens from this car dealer only to find when we got it home to use the steering lock you have to be quite strong,a few days later my wife tried to use the drivers door its broken, a blown taillight bulb, so we had our own mechanic to check the car over he know tells us the clutch is nearly gone you cannot use 4th gear when staionary and the car now has developed a crunching noise from 5th to fourth gear after only having the car a week i decided to get in touch with a1 autocentre of bournemouth to see if they could help guess what they didnt want to help at all!! i have now found out the useless 3 month warranty only covers the drivers door which i have yet to see, to see if the clutch is covered i have to get my mechanic to strip it first to see if the clutch is covered as only parts of the clutch is covered in the warranty so if it is not covered im looking at a big bill for stripping it then for a new clutch, so i just want to say THANKS A1 AUTO CENTRE OF BOURNEMOUTH FOR YOUR USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! you really know how to treat your customers. ps i am only giving them 1 star as it will not let let me leave a 0.
