• I would advise anyone who uses them to proceed with as much caution as possible. For the following reasons AB cars sales states LOUDLY on their website, "you buy We at AB Carsales Chobham deliver! This fails on so many levels - They refused to deliver my car and got me to incur extra cost in getting the car back with me! Free delivery my backside. They completely washed their hands off me once they had a deposit for the car. - Read the description of a car on the website/ auto trader and take it with you to the dealership and tick off each section of the advert as you see it. I guarantee they will have over advertised the car. Mine didnt have cruise control - the feeble excuse was that the website auto populates that. I'm not an idiot. - My car broke down after covering 100 miles since purchase. Half of that mileage was getting the car home in the first place. Not only did AB car sales make me deliver the car back to them, they charged me for new parts even though the parts that they sold to me (intrinsically in the car) were faulty. When i protested i was threatened with a £1000 bill. I am still awaiting invoices for the "original parts" that they supposedly used, its been months. - The dealer who works there - i dont know if he is the owner, N**l, is extremely rude and doesnt give you the time of day if something has gone wrong, sticking obstinately to his own view of events. -Another thing, they were ever so ready to push cash in hand deals. I am sure that is illegal and i refused. Thats my warning take heed and stay clear.
