• Superior fish and chips and superior service with a chuckle or two. On a busy Friday I ordered my meal for midday and arrived as the abbey clock was striking 12. I had been told to collect my food via the side door and exactly what it would cost. This meant I did not have to push past the queue which was spilling onto the pavement. The food was excellently bagged and the exchange was quick and jolly. I was home and tucking into the best fish and chips I know by 12.10. Such was the organisation the food was still piping hot.. I will be doing this again next week.
