• Aberystwyth Electronics broke our sitting room window when installing our TV aerial by putting his ladder through it. Mr Mansell assured us he would return in the same week to mend the window, but 3 weeks later and after several telephone calls, an email and insistence from our Estate Agents, the window is still broken and Mr Mansell has not had the decency or respect to contact us to explain why he is not undertaking the work he is responsible for. Mr Mansell was paid on the spot for the work he did installing our aerial, but he has not seen fit to show us the same respect by promptly mending our window, and during the winter months when it's cold. Mr Mansell promises to 'provide you with the service you deserve.' Well, if this is the service we deserved, I wonder what we did wrong. Stay well clear of this business and find someone else to install your aerial!! I'm only giving this company 1 star because I can't submit this review with 0 stars!!
