• Unfortunately today's hair colour at cut wasn't what my daughter and I expected. The service wasn't great. The fact my daughters hair would not be as she wanted at the first visit, was not explained although they tried to make out today that is was, when we did our strand test on tuesday. My daughter was really upset by her hair. She wanted to go blonde, and ended up with brown, with red bits, substantial blonde roots, and blonde highlights. This really should have been explained to us. My hair has seemed to come out ok, although the fringe is slightly wonky. I asked to use the toilet. There was no toilet roll holder, I had to try and find the toilet roll, plus the light did not work. All for £149. Really not worth the money at all. I won't be going back. This used to be a hairdresser I could rely on. Unfortunately not know. £150! So not worth it or the time it took.
