• I had the misfortune of renting a room from Andrew Hunt Estate agent or whatever other aliases they are using at present. The Lies started from the off as there was no wi-fi when I was informed there was, the other lodgers had said this had been the case for the previous 2 months and was for the first 6 weeks I was resident during lockdown. Not that the other lodgers were to bothered as this like a lot of the properties being let was used as a defacto halfway house with the other residents mainly coming from prison or the street after being released from prison . With no clear rules and little interest other than money from the Lettings agents I was in about 12 violent confrontations over my year there, it really was a case of having to fight your corner. Then there was the disrepair in which I compiled a non exhaustive list of 12 main faults to report to the agents. Obvious not used to residents sticking up for themselves I was faced with constant threats and abuse, to which I can proudly say I replied in kind. I hope it is obvious now I do not hold Andrew Hunt Estate Agents or their staff in high regard and my advicce would be avoid. Search around for other reviews and you’ll soon build up a picture of what they are like, you have been warned!
