• Andrew really helped me weigh up my options when my car failed its MOT. He offered me a great solution by offering to buy my old car and selling me a younger small car that meets all my needs. Great reliable, economical car and within my budget. Have not looked back and glad I made the move to buy the new car as we have enjoyed a summer with trips away now we have a car that can manage the longer distances

• shocking, nothing but problems, lied to about parts being replaced, Had to take my car to another mechanic to rectify the shoddy workman ship, Andrew richards himself was nothing but rude and un helpful, just wants the money but not to fix the on going problems with the 2nd rate car he sold
