• Very disappointed with the male staff as being a Lady I did not expect to be treated as if I should not be there and did not know anything ! I have fished for many years as have a lot of other ladies but after my visit I will not be recommending my Ladies club of 20 to use this store.The man who served me talked over me, ignored me , talked to other men as he was serving me, was not helpful at all on items I wished to buy so I will definitely not be returning.How sad that this man thought the shop was a man's den and women should not enter. Shame on you !!

• I live nearer to the mega store on Canvey but still come here for the friendly helpful staff, but most of all for the 10% save in prices over Canvey.Large range of all fishing gear readily available so you don't have to wait for it to be ordered.
