• I engaged Paul to do a complete refurbishment of a property I bought in Febuary 2013. The property was dated and in need of major work and modernisation. Had new facias/soffits/guttering and windows plus exterior doors which included three sets of patio doors. Also had new oak flooring to all bedrooms, lounge, study. In addition new door frames and skirting. New oak staircase. New tiled floor to hall, kitchen, sun room, conservatory. New built conservatory with thermal tiled roof. Fully fitted walk in shower suites to two rooms plus fully tiled walls and floors. Extension to kitchen area with fully fitted oak kitchen units/fridge freezer/washer etc. Paul was very helpful from the start giving precise quotes and in bringing samples of materials/tiles/flooring/doors to be used. He was always punctual and polite and helpful when on various occasions we changed our minds over odd things. He arranged all the trades we required for the work that required certification. We also had the central heating boiler and radiators renewed. We cannot praise Paul enough for an excellent job. We have had nothing but praise from everyone who has seen our new home including friends who themselves are tradesmen all of whom have been very impressed with the high standerd of work throughout the house. Would highly recommend Paul to anyone.
