• Recently i have had several reasons to return some goods, faulty/unwanted gifts to the Farnborough branch of Argos. Having spent several hundred pounds before Christmas, this was inevitable. I have to say the customer service we have received from the staff here is consistently good. It is the manager however, who deserves recognition for the exceptional effort he goes to, to keep his customers happy. Apart from efficiently dealing with our problem, I have on more than one occasion, seen him on the shop floor, redirecting customers to a shorter queue, always friendly, always smiling, always helpful. Well done!
