• It is the first time I have taken the time to review a company but after the experience I have recently had with this company feel I have no choice. My car went in for a service some time ago and when I collected the vehicle I found that the alloy wheel was damaged, when I complained I was told that the damage was not done by the garage but I must have done the damage myself. I had no proof so was unable to take the matter forward. Yesterday my car went in for a service and was told that the new procedure was to check all cars for any damage prior to them being serviced. Hayley Smith checked my vehicle and found no damage apart from a scratch on my alloy wheels. She documented the damage and I signed that I agreed with her findings. Low and behold when I collected the vehicle the wind mirror was conveniently damaged but she had forgotten to write that down on the form - they called my 5 mins before my car was due to be collected. They are now refusing to repair the damage stating that they forgot to write it down. This company is appalling - I have had five new VW over the past five years and the customer service is absolutely disgusting. The response from them is to take my business elsewhere - I suggest you think very carefully before you use Arthur Prince and I would make sure that when you check your vehicle in the car is checked by two people as this company can not be trusted. I will not be buying another VW again.
