• Rubbish!!! I take my mother once a week. We always go home without 2 or 3 items on her list - I always say Asda's let us down again. The customer service desk isent worth a visit - thay are not interested and send you back to the dept who send you to the customer service dept. The pharmacy last week wouldent give me my pescription tablets which they had given me for 7 weeks because of the mix of tablets!!! Dont bother asking the staff if the shelves are empty cos they dont want to be bothered to look in the stock room for you. If you ask someone in one dept for something in another dept your pointed in the direction and told to ask when you get there (if you can find anyone)Most of the cashout staff wont help pack unless prompted - its their job!!! and one was so slow that I was expecting my tins of beer to be flat before I managed to pay for them. It is a shame that their is no option for no stars because 1 star to get this posted is far to good for Asda Ashington. I cant understand how they are still trading - however my mum likes Asda so to Asda we go
