• went to buy 5 shirts for work during my lunchtime and 3 staff were standing in front of the shirts gossiping. I stood next to them on several occasions and they did not move despite blocking the shirts. I even resorted to standing opposite leaning on the rail and again they stayed. I got my lunch and looked up and they were still standing where I had left them. Very poor and I got my shirts at tesco

• Rude female staff seen shouting at and belittling young man. Shocking. Thought slave labour was over.wont shop there again!!

• After a visit to the cafe this morning for breakfast. I would like to thank the lovely member of staff who went out her way to offer great customer service.the breakfast items were not ready to be served yet and we were told we would need to wait 15 mins. After a wait if ten mins,the breakfasts were ready but didn't have every item so the lovely friendly staff member ( wish I had asked her name) put extra items on our plates and came over with more bacon. She also gave is a card for free hot drinks for our next visit to the cafe and couldn't apologise enough for our wait. Great service with a smile. Thank you!

• Feel exactly the same as previous reviewer. I can't remember the last time I went in this shop and didn't have to go to another shop after it to buy goods that hadn't been available. Also at Xmas when I was looking for hamster bedding I asked at customer service desk if there was any more as there was none on shelf. I was told that if there was any it would be on the very top shelf so I had to climb up to get it. There was loads of it so don't know why it hadn't been brought down and put on proper shelf. I nearly broke my neck climbing up to get it. I went back and informed her that there was plenty of it but it was right up the top and I'd had to climb. She just laughed and said "oh at least you got it" The staff are horrible (not all) it's like you're annoying them if you ask for something.

• Awful!! Some of them are rudest and most unhelpful staff I've ever come across. They also seem to constantly run out of the most basic items After my last visit I will never shop there again.
