• Jo is absolutely brilliant. Today is national hairdresser appreciation day so I want to appreciate that whenever I visit with my daughter we are greeted with hugs and smiles. We are seen on time issued with whatever drink we asked for and treated to music and friendly chatter. Thank you Jo for always making me feel wonderful and look fantastic hair wise. Love Jean xxxx

• I agree with Ruth. Overpriced, no colour choice and keep you waiting for 40 mins even though appointment made 6 weeks ago. Hair immediately started thinning after treatment when once having had very thick hair. Three years on still got hair loss. Stay away from them...!

• I had a lovely haircut and colour. The price was very reasonable and was made to feel comfortable and offered a coffee.

• Rude overpriced keep you waiting for 40 minutes even though you made appointment six weeks ago. Lucky to get a cup of coffee or even asked what you want to have done. Do not give you a choice of the colours you want but always insists you have a cut (more money)! Wouldn't recommend.
