• My mother who is 83yrs old called Avalon roofing (Adam Fry) because the flat roof on her outhouse building needed doing..All appeared great, he seemed genuine and friendly and came to do the job.(10mths ago) It took him all day to do a quite small roof, and he kept constantly disappearing during the day in his van to elsewhere.He assured my mother that he wasn't like some tradesmen who rip people off..Job done and off he went. Roof has constantly leaked badly since, and we have phoned him numerous times and he rarely answers, when he does he promises to send someone round to sort it...Nothing!. We had other roofers look at it and they all say its an awful job and wasnt done correctly at all and needs completely redoing. Still no response from Avalon despite a so callled 10yr Guarantee. do not use this firm....
