• I attended the medical centre on Monday 6 th June at I attended as appointment at the medical centre on Monday 6th. June at 13:40. Whilst waiting for a doctor I overheard a conversation between one of the doctor's on call with the receptionist. It seems the doctor should be at the Jordanthorpe practice rather than the one at Reney Avenue.Rather than going to the Reney Avenue practice the doctor told the receptionist to rearrange all her appointments and tell all her patients waiting at Jordenthorpe to make their way to the Reney Avenue practice. She wasn't prepared to make her own way there but was ok inconveniencing all her patients. The Jordenthorpe practice is a housing estate in a low income area housing many old and inform patients, many without transport. I think the doctor's attitude was unforgiveable, against all ethical code of looking after people. I may add that the poor receptionist intimidated by the doctors attitude and had no choice but to comply. I look forward to hear your responce.
