• Having recently purchased a BMW from BMC of Hopwood I have to say their respect and customer service isn’t great. In fairness the first salesman I dealt with (Adam) was not a problem. He was pleasant and approachable. However when coming to collect the car I had the misfortune of being served by someone else. (I didn’t get his name) His manor and attitude were aggressive, verging on bully tactics when I dared to question what I was signing. Having the car was never in question only what boxes he had ticked on the paperwork, what they meant so I knew what I was signing, agreeing to. Asking a simply question of is this box correct and should it not be a yes resulted in him snatching the paperwork from my hands and saying don’t have the car then as you obviously have a problem. The long and short is we exchanged words I told him his customer service was zero, paid the balance and left with the car. I am now hoping the car is OK as I hold out little hope they would be very approachable or willing to do anything should there be a problem. Think before you buy from these guys as you’ll pay top book and maybe on your own once you drive away.
