• I have never write any negative review about anything in my life but they are so bad that I had to do it. They are useless they don't call u or email u back when u need em.its been 4 months we are with them and we still haven't sold our house because we can get hold of them whenever we call receptionist says they r unavailable leave a voicemail but they still don't call back. Please please avoid them.

• The solicitors in this firm 'are' arrogant as previous review reports. My calls were only answered when money was mentioned, other times I was put on voice mail. They do not issue receipts promptly. When they do, they are not labelled. Hence fairy tale charges can be made up. They leave you in fear if your job will be complete on time. I may have to take legal action against them.

• Do not use this firm. They are utterly useless (I know from experience). They are arrogant, believe that they do a fantastic job due to repeat business and therefore could give a hoot about their new business/clients!
