• I made a will with BBH legal, but they claim to have lost it.

• Appointed them for conveyances, almost 6 months and still counting. No correspondence, I will call and leave messages, sent emails but won’t get back to me. Complete amateurs with very poor customer service. Sales Agent also keeps contacting them but no joy. Complete waste of space. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

• A simple request to find out where our wills had been moved to when they took over my solicitors has been a nightmare journey. Incompetent individual dealing with it, arrogant and sarcastic. After 8 weeks she finally sent me somebody else's will! Making problems unnecessarily and not returning emails. Will not advise anybody to use them and have officially complained. I still am in posession of a poor woman's will - APPALING!

• I have a personal injury claim open with bbh at the moment and the service i have received is absolutely disgusting. have had no correspondence since October, I've left multiple messages and have had no reply at all! Completely let down by their service!
