• No heating on a cold snowy wintery day Not too busy but still got our food order mixed up. Can't cope with two different types of bread . Also no sherry as a pre-drink - a pity really

• Very dissappointed. Took our children and dog for a family lunch, as it advertises that dogs are welcome. It was very quiet inside, we chose a table at the back and got settled, when a lady behind the bar actually shouted across the pub at us, that dogs were not allowed in the area that we had sat. So we started to move to another area when we were shouted at again, that children were not allowed in that area. So if you are a family with a dog, you are not allowed to sit together it seems. They have lost our custom, mainly due to being shouted at! We ate at a nice place down the road.
