• I took out insurance with Berkeley Alexander LTD through Insurance4Everyone for an expensive engagement ring. I sent them a copy of the insurance valuation I have of the ring (as requested) and the direct debit was set up. 10 months went by without a word from them until last week I receive an email from them saying that the valuation I have sent does not meet their requirements and so I would not be able to make a claim with them. They also apologised for the delay in emailing me, stating that they were having "trouble receiving emails". I have been travelling a lot recently with the ring, completely unaware that the insurance I was paying for, was completely useless in any eventuality. I have complained to them and demanded my money back but have had my requests ignored. Useless service, incredibly poor customer services and a dishonest company! I'm giving them 1 star because I Have to, otherwise they would receive zero stars.
