• I whole-heartedly agree with Zee's review of Berry Heathrow. I bought a 1 series there a few months ago, and was bitterly disappointed at every step of the way. They are completely inept, never return phone calls, and offer a shameful level of service. Go elsewhere.

• The Berry BMW guys have let me down in the most vicious way imaginable. Having been a loyal BMW customer for many years and having also been a Berry BMW client and bought a brand new BMW X5 for over 50k for my wife from here less than 2 years ago I regret to say I will never use these people ever again. I also own an M5 2010 model and I have to say that this garage is the worst BMW dealer out there. Their customer care is shockingly bad and they have, despite me having written letter after letter of complaint done nothing about any of my issues albeit minor all the way to £6k of major! Their neglect caused my M5 to breakdown and they simply did not care or offer any reasonable compensation. BMW direct did a stellar job and delivered for me but the BMW Berry dealership network simply did not. I was even asked to come and meet the dealer principal and I then understood that the "level" of customer care and issues stem from the top as unfortunately he too had zero regard for any complaint I had made and effectively called me a liar in our meeting and dismissed my concerns and was talking to me as if I was the one being unreasonable! I since told them I would never deal with them again and they even went so far as to jeopardise/prevent my part ex of the M5 to another dealer. In all due to their lack of care, service and loyalty to me I am now out of pocket for more than £6000.00. Having also purchased many brand new marques of car before to use the words bitterly disappointed does not even begin to describe how inept and unprofessionally a loyal customer of theirs was treated. Sales is great at taking your money at Berry BMW but the "service" department does not ironically know the meaning of the word. Stay away from them at all costs unless you want to raise your blood pressure, be sorely disappointed and receive continual problem after problem and then be fobbed off and left out of pocket. Go elsewhere or live to regret it as I have.
