• I reviewed this chippy in 2011 was in waterloovillle again recently so we decided to call in for some fish and chips and were delighted to find out they are still as great as ever. Thanks Bill & staff for keeping up the standards over the years.

• I've been using Bills since he opened. Bill has a good and very important policy,if you're not happy let him know and he will address the problem. Simple !! Keep up the good work Bill and to the staff too.

• Just finished a beautiful Large Fish (Cod) & Chips for me & my husband - Tasted amazing like Cod should taste. Would recommend to my family 5* service as well.

• Not great. I ordered 2 standard fish and chips, wasn't offered salt and vinegar (not a disaster I know but still...) Got home, cut into my fish and found that between half and two thirds of the length was pure batter - no fish! The empty batter was double-layered with the inner original layer dark and chewy - undoubtedly re-fried. I suspect they took a smaller portion from earlier, dipped it and fried again. The third of the batter that did contain fish but it was over-cooked so the fish stuck to the batter in chewy dry flakes... My partner however had a reasonable sized piece of fish - but his batter was undercooked. Never again. The woman that served me was very nice
