• Don't waste your time, after booking 3-4 weeks in advance this gentleman failed to record the correct day. I rebooked for 8 days later, everything cleared, for the second time, for 8.30, no one arrived, no one rang, no one answered my mobile voice mail or text. Apparently he is disabled, but it is no excuse for poor communication and unreliability.

• Well, this is the second time that Mr Ward came to work at my property. I find him to be absolutely excellent. He is punctual, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very capable. This time he replaced my shower plumbing which he did to perfection in half the time he thought. I am very happy with the work he has done and I would always use him for my plumber and am more than happy to recommend him to anyone who asks if I know of a good plumber.

• Avoid this man! I called Barry after we had no downstairs heating in a freezing February with a three week old baby. After finding we needed a new water pump, he said he would order one and get back to me. Four days later, no calls, response to my messages or anything. Shame on you, Barry.
