• The staff in this place are of some of the worst I have ever experienced! Ive been waiting at the bar for about 5-10mins waiting to be served when it has been very quiet while the staff talk, play on their phones or just simply dont see or acknowledge you! A customer standing near me had to get their attention to let them know someone was waiting to be served - useless! Food is ok, half of the stuff on the menu isnt available though...ever! Have over heard a customer being racist towards other patrons and the staff doing nothing about it, one just laughed and said "you cant say that". I actually emailed a complaint to the pubs owners about this (stonegate pubs) and got ignored, says it all really. From management down they are all lazy and no one gives a toss! Place is filthy, sticky and dark. Avoid at all costs!
