• Shockingly behind on prescriptions (I heard a member of staff say they had SIX days worth of prescriptions yet to dispense). Nowhere near enough counter staff (only ONE person serving and she spent most of her time looking through piles of prescriptions trying to find what she wanted). I spent over 25 minutes in the queue before I was served, it took them 10 minutes to locate my script THEN I had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be dispensed only to find half of it wasn't in stock! I am absolutely appalled! Who on earth is the Manager here???
