• Very professional,ultra helpful, having great patients in helping to select the correct frames.Very expert at making all the desired measurements. But also having a lovely sense of humour along the way, especially a lovely lady named Emma. On picking up my glasses, I was given a lot of help from Karen who made several minor adjustments to make things just right.
