• Avoid at all costs! Myself and my family have all had problems at the woking branch. Faulty terrible quality glasses, attempts to charge NHS free eye test qualified customers, Prescriptions incorrect, rude staff particularly the large older shop woman who's attitude to customers is just disgusting. Time and time again we have all had to return to get things corrected and everytime we do so we are met with the most terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS OPTICIAN.
