• So much for 25 year guarantee, it's rubbish, cracks in walls, nothing they can do as they went into liquidation, but now work under another name, 7,500 pounds out of pocket

• On 24th Feb 2014 I contacted Brick Magic to arrange a home visit for an estimate. It was agreed that a representative would come to my house at 6pm the following Thursday, 27th Feb. The person on the phone was very keen to find out whether I had a partner and suggested that she be there when the rep attended. This is a technique generally used by "Hard sell" salesmen to use the partner as a lever to get you to agree to the purchase which is generally overpriced. I was naturally on my guard the evening Brick Magic was supposed to attend but the rep didnt turn up at six, by half past we decided that they had had time enough to arrive and give us a courtesy call to say they would be late. We left the house at twenty to seven and a large white BMW car pulled up with a Scotsman driving and said he was from Brick Magic. No apologies just "I'm running late!" we told him we had to go out and he had wasted our time as we had to go shopping. This didn't seem to bother him he just said "OK I'll make another appointment". Not a very good first impression and certainly not good business practice.
