• Do not use Bridgfords or their conveyancing arm, countrywide Conveyancing as they do not review your documentation to ensure that your leasehold property has enough years for the property to be sellable. This was identified 4 months into the sale process, 2 weeks before we were due to complete resulting in our chain collapsing as a lease extensions/purchase can take months and 4 weeks later they have still not made the application. How long do they think people should have to wait for them! Our chain is now collapsing and we wil. Have £2000 fees to pay and will have to find a new house to buy! They don't show any urgency in trying to resolve the issue!
