• Took my son just once, specifically asked to keep the length on top and not to cut the fringe too short, he cut it far too short and cut the fringe off altogether my son was mortified, took him weeks to grow it till it looked half decent again, very upsetting experience ...never again definitely wouldn't recommend

• Similar experiences to others, the older gent (the owner) who works alone Monday-Thursday is appalling. The other, younger, one is okay. Older one couldn't even shave head at a single length. Asked for really short on top, cut long, asked to shorten did again but was not asked if correct and still far too long. Seems determined to give everybody an Essex haircut! Worth bearing in mind he thinks a haircut should take 4 minutes. Wasn't even a pleasant individual!
