Absolutely appalling and disgusting mechanic! If it was possible to give NO STARS then I would. They fixed a minor problem on my car but when it was returned to me there was a new issue they caused with the spring on the driver's side door. When I politely asked them if they could remedy this the mechanic threw back an unwarranted volley of foul-mouthed abuse at me accusing me of 'trying it on' with him. I'm struggling to think of a time when someone ever spoke to me like that before and can't. Avoid Brown Gates at all costs.Rating history and distribution
