• Appallingly rude woman at the desk. I took my van in at a pre-agreed time (agreed with her two days ealier, with the intention of leaving it with them to change the tyres while I went into town. For some reason she got the impression that I was demanding instant service and told me it was only 'first come, first served' even though I was actually the first person (of two) at the desk anyway. Situation deteriorated rapidly with her refusing to even consider that she might have mis-read the situation and unwilling to listen to anything I said. An absolutely terrible experience, told them to keep their tyres and would certainly never consider dealing with them again. Would highly recommend people avoid this place and go elsewhere.
