• Had a terrible meal here this evening with family. It's a dark and dirty pub, no loo rolls, short staffed and no atmosphere. Waited 45 mins for the meal, it was uncooked and no apology from staff. Would never step foot in there again.

• my wife,my two sisters and brotherinlaw go out for a meal every four or five weeks for a catch up,this time we chose the bulls head dorington, we were told to book has it gets very busy on a friday, thats joke number one, when we arrived at 7.30pm the car park was empty,we chose a table and then waited some time for the drinks order,then we waited for qiute some time to have our meal order taken, my wife and brotherinlaw chose the lamb shank and was told it was off has the chef had burnt them, bells are starting to ring now. so my wife ordered the salmo nin sauce, my brotherinlaw had the beaf in ale pie, i had a mushroom dish and my two sisters chose a chicken dish,then the wait started,one hour in fact, well when the meals arrived we just cracked up laughing,the main meal was just like a starter, my wifes salmon was burnt with no sauce, my brotherinlaws meat pie was a bit of dried up meat in a cup with what looked like a biscuit on top, my sisters chicken dishes had no cheese and bacon as discribed in the menu, and my mushroom dish i just cant tell you there are no words,has you can imagine we did not eat the meals and we did not pay for the meals either, the only compensatin was the land lord did not charge us for the drinks(thankyou). come on chaps this used to be a great place to eat and it could be again you nead a good chef thats all.
