• Kiara, the manager is so unpleasant and has NO people scales whatsoever. My husband came in the Burger King in St.Albans today 6/16/2021 happy but came out so mad because of her attitude towards him ! Was it because he was black ? I felt the need to go in there and address the issue however Kiara the manager was not rude to me but maybe it was because I'm a white lady. With my husband heart condition he cannot afford to get so upset ! My husband and I have both worked in the restaurant industry we know how hard and stressful it can be however there is no reason to be rude and nasty to a customer because you may be having a bad day! The upper management or corporate needs to do some retraining .
