• The worst customer after sales customer service I have ever experienced. It is embarrasing. The place is on its knees. Do something KIA!

• I brought a used kia carens from here and i must say its a good car. The problem here is that they are only focused in the sale and have no aftercare at all. They promise a £100 referal fee for anyone who recomends them and it ends up in a sale. Unfortunatly my father in law has done this twice once with us and once with others and didnt recieve any cheque. it has taken me 4 months of complaining with false promises from a sales person "Matt" to get this done. At the same time i was told that the car had a full service history, they lost it and im still waiting for this. i have been lied to at every junction by this person and i decided to escalate it to the sales manager. He asued me that this person had been disciplined and he would sort everything out. He promised the cheques and the service history the following day and he would pop round either that night or the next night to drop it off. Why am i still waiting it seems that the manager is a lier as well. Do not trust this dealership and i would never use these people again. I appreciate this is just my experience but how hard is it to send a cheque in the post or put a service history in the post. Do not use.
