• Visited Butterflies on several occasions and rarely left empty handed - always found something to suit me. The staff are friendly, not in your face following you around the shop. They give you chance to have a look around and then ask if you need any help. I do not, like lots of other ladies, want to be 'hounded' when clothes shopping and for me the staff at Butterflies have the correct attitude.

• Visited this store on a Monday afternoon as i was looking for a dress for a wedding, on entering the shop the woman at the counter didn't bother to acknowledge me at all ie she didnt look up or speak, more interested in the baby she had on her knee!! I wasn't asked if i wanted any help therefore i would not be visiting again. Ever!!!
