• By far the worst & most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Staff are rude, do not bother to reply to you, and as a company they are constantly looking for ways to squeeze more money out of you. Everything you ask for you are hit with an additional charge - even just to reply to an email! We used this company to get away from a nightmare block management company who were overcharging us, but we ended up with Canonbury who in the end were even worse. Fees gradually increased year after year. Invoices went unpaid, or in some circumstances were paid twice and unspotted which if we hadn't picked up on would have left us thousands of pounds out of pocket. And when we complained we were told it was our fault! And when we tried to leave they forced us to stay another year. Never in my life have a dealt with such a awful company who are money grabbing with appalling customer service. I cannot express enough how much this company should be avoided. Avoid like the plague!

• This firm provides a mediocre service at best. They could not care less for the people they serve and are only interested in ratcheting up their fees. They are also very very expensive.

• Thanks very much to everyone at Canonbury who dealt with my case, the matter was tied up very quickly and efficiently and I was impressed by the quality of the service. Highly recommend this company to anyone requiring Block Management services
