• To all that have made comments All your complaints are about the cars you bought "you choose the car" I just bought a Honda from a Honda dealer with a years Honda warranty only 30k miles on the clock It's like a new car I did my homework and took a few days driving around looking All the staff I've dealt with are very polite and good at there job I would recommend anybody to use this company they are great

• Comments on here are strange because I have just used them for finance and I went to a car sales dealership Stoneacre ford main dealer and bought a car that had full service history and only 39000 miles on clock with a 12 month warranty. The finance company only supply the finance not the car. I shopped around till I found mine and I am very happy with them. If anything goes wrong with the car it is up to me to fix it not the company that supplied the means to be able to purchase it.

• My god what an abysmal company..I was struggling to get a car and these helped me..got a car in 2 days..then the problems started..car was awful.head gasket went in a month, smoke blowing from the exhaust..rang them up to get help..fix it yourself.i then dtovd it back to the nottingham branch and gave them the keys back, not one person wanted to know.i took a discreet video on my phone..not pleasant.this was 6 weeks ago and not heard a thing since..vile company

• I would never buy a car from this company the car I bought from them the head gasket blew within 3 weeks of having the car and other things were faulty with the engine a waste of time having the car nothing but stress and endless phone calls

• Horrendous! I could use more but they are horrendous this experience of buying a car off a company like this has made me promise to myself that i'll never EVER buy a car on finance. I've had so many things wrong with my car, they only get a salesman that's on commission to check over the car he's more interested in you signing on the dotted line, the underhand tactics they use just to get you accepted is disgusting. Having had their finance and paying it off has done absolutely nothing for my credit rating whatsoever!! My advice is to save up, buy the cash out right, get an old banger but don't use this car finance company. Astronomical APR for a car that will be worth nothing by the time you finish paying it off.

• They are complete rubbish day 1 of picking the car up it broke down 3 weeks later broke down again they wouldn't help never use the finance company Portsmouth utter rubbish

• the car finance company gave me a car almost immediately which was great. at times the team can be helpful, most of the time you cant get through to anyone to help. when i picked up my car the inside was full of mould and the seats were ripped, the car also had no petrol in whatsoever and no tax which wasn't mentioned to me before i arrived, if at the time the post office was not open i wouldnt have been able to drive my car home. not being such a big deal i took the car home. within a matter of 3 weeks my car became very flooded & cold, i took it to the garage who then told me the car had rotted, the car finance company gave me a rotting car to pay for every month, the good side was that they agreed to pay the costs, 1 week after my car was fixed and around 100 phone calls later they reluctantly paid the costs to the garage, there communication skills were absolutely horrendous, they would never ring you back when told they would and i would be put through to 5 different people at times who all were 'busy'. around 5 weeks later my car all of a sudden DIED. the car was put in the garage who told me it had a electrical fault and has been badly tampered with, the battery was also dead and it needed a new one. i am currently in the process of asking the car finance company to pay the garage for there work for fixing my car again, i have been waiting 2 days for a phone call back from them and the garage has been waiting 2 days for a phone call from them also, i phone but all they say is they will pass the message on etc. THE TEAM AND THE CAR FINANCE COMPANY ARE COMPLETELY USELESS AND WILL MESS YOU AROUND CONSTANTLY. if you would like to pay an extortionate price every month for an unsafe, untrustworthy car then go to the car finance company.

• Rep was happy for me to sign paperwork which had incorrect financial information relating to a credit agreement. I pointed this out to the rep and it transpired that I had been quoted incorrectly and the finance would have cost me an additional £2700 had I not noticed. Can't help but feel like the company were trying to rip me off. I will not be doing business with them and I would advise others to do the same.
