• I am satisfied with my dealing with Car Jungle. I am writing an honest review. My car had finance and Nobody was willing to buy my car. A couple of dealers offered me silly price. I went to Car Jungle Wembley. They seen my finance settlement letter with bank, clear finance company and paid me surplus money. They were honest and reliable people. The atmosphere was friendly and cooperative. Good amount of stock was at forecourt.

• they sold me an unroadworthy car for £2,350 then said it was scrap no one pays that amount for a scrap car no customer service once they got the money they dont care they did not r3efund nor repair

• Shocking customer service!! Despite numerous texts and promises of a phone call, no one ever delivered!! Car has numerous faults inc some pointed before purchasing! Still unresolved and no contact from any one there! Paperwork was sent a week late and only after I pestered them every day for it Avoid like the plague!!!! Would give less stars if I could

• Mr. J. Anthany You didn't purchase the car from us. Over the telephone you negotiated a lot. You asked us to buy the road tax which we purchased. You were in a mood to get more discount. You asked about the service, It was told to you that car had full service history but you have to do the service to the car. You tried to get discount on that as well which was also refused to you. We never told you that car had 2 keys. When you came and asked about the keys it was straight forward told you that the car came with only one Key. When you come to know car had one key you try to get a discount of £200 more which we refused straight and you left the office because you didn't get more discount. You didn't purchased any car from us. You are not happy because you didn't get £600 off from a £4000 car.

• Not happy said they had 2 keys, when got there they only had one. They also say about doing a 60 point check which when I turned up and checked oil of car there was no oil. They said that it was up to owner to check, Wye lie.. Not happy at all wast of time...
