• Placed an order that came to £35, was told I received £5 cash back which I was happy about. I specifically asked when I rang if I would receive the extra Nepalese cheese naan as I was spending over £15 & was told yes, because of this I didn't order a naan, also on the menu it stated free bottle of drink when you spend over £15 (I didn't check this when I was on the phone). My order arrived & I called to check about the bottle of drink, he explained that as I received the £5 discount that I no longer got the bottle of drink, I said they should specify that as I would of ordered a bottle drink additional to my order. I ate my starters then the main meal when I noticed I didn't have a naan to share, I called AGAIN & spoke to the same man I spoke with the first & second time, I told him I had specifically asked about the naan, it was my own fault for the drink but he told me again that I wouldn't get the free naan as I got £5 cash back. I would have had no problem paying extra for a naan & bottle of drink, I wasn't impressed & told them I won't be using them again, he said "okay". Food was average quality, mains were cold, wouldn't use again down the poor customer service!
