• Hideous service. Was left standing for 30 minutes . I'm disabled and was standing with my two children outside Asda whilst it snowed in 2 degrees. I was so cold and sore I nearly passed out. I phoned Carnegie taxi company after 20minutes to be told that it would be with me any minute. So after another ten minutes after feeling ill,had to return into Asda for hot drink. This taxi firm could not even phone me to let me know what happened. My husband had to leave work to pick us up and take us home in his break. Worst taxi experience I've ever had.
