• They are not reliable. neither do recommend them at all. I contacted Car and Co solicitors Newcastle Gosforth, for a cash purchased property.Spoken to Mark Lynn who were leading with my case. I had the search results with me already. Even with that the process took almost a year to its completion. When you contact them in the office they always say no one is there. they would give you a call back. that never happens. You are not informed of the process and what's come next. When the completion date arrived it was postpone twice. In the end when i complain to Mrs Sharon Smith she replied to my complain. Although kept my file with her. So the Land Register it wasn't done. And i only found out when i contacted them back asking why is taking over 3 months to register. They haven't told me it wasn't done. she said it could take days or even months. After contacting the land Register to enquire about the process they've told me no forms were received. I had to complaint again to Carr and Co solicitors. This time Sharon Smith hasn't reply anymore. It was Victoria Bell who did. Please if you want a hassle free they are not the ones you should hire. what it says on their webpage "our services" is just a fake marketing they haven't provided none of those mentioned.
