• Absolutely disgraceful! I bought a car from castle motors Tamworth 11 months ago now and I've had it in the garage for a longer period than on the road. They talk to me like I'm an idiot and never stick to their promises. The head gasket needed replacing and they promised to replace it via kingsbury garage, their partner garage. It wasn't completed properly and it had to be replaced again. Then as a direct result of this, the timing chain gasket had broken due to not being fitted properly when replacing the head gasket. When I took it back to kingsbury they said it wasn't their problem and to speak to castle motors. When I confronted castle motors about the job they, at first, said they'll pay a third of the price. Which in itself is unacceptable because the job was done under warranty. That figure then halved again and again until it had disappeared completely. I've now had to pay over £300 to get my car fixed. Which is a fraction of what I've had to pay this past year.
