• AVOID - poor workmanship, owes us c.£20k, unsafe boiler installation They undertook a whole house renovation and 2 years later, we are still waiting for them to either finish it or repay us the money that they took in cash. We believe that there is c. £20k of unfinished work. The workmanship is shoddy (especially carpentry, plumbing and tiling) and British Gas has just failed the boiler they installed new less than 2 years ago for not having a "permanent live" which they class as a safety risk. Please be careful with these people and, if you can, find another builder - we wish that we took one of our other quotes (which were incidentally all cheaper than Chamberlain). Good luck
