• Amazing food! By far the best Chinese takeaway in cwmbran! My order was Delivered on time and was still boiling hot! I'd recommend this to anyone

• Absolutely disgusting service! I had ordered from Chans for a numerous amount of years, whereby I order at least once a fortnight and sometimes up to 3 times a fortnight. The last 4 times I have ordered has been horrendous! From getting orders wrong, missing bits off orders, cold food and most recently sending incorrect order and then when I phoned to make them aware I was spoken about very rudely by somebody in the kitchen (they must have forgotten I was on the phone). This was certainly the VERY LAST time I will ever order from this restaurant again! I am horrified by the service and quality I have received recently!!!
