• Took my parents for the first time telling them what great food you guys serve. wish i had not bothered the service was terrible waited nearly an hour for food but that was ok because i knew the food would be very good how wrong was i since it has reopened something has gone very badly wrong we ordered 2 of the trio and 1 of the beef sunday lunchs and paid for extra meat on all when meals finally arrived the trio had 3 slices of paper thin meat when i explained to member of staff as i had paid for extra meat i expected to see extra meat she then tried to assure me there was extra meat on the plate so i tried to convince her as i had paid for trio of meats and there was 3 slices on my plate how was there extra meet on my plate she just did not to be able to grasp this ,on starting to eat her beef diner my mother found a black hair in her food so this was returned what came back out was i am sure inedible .on my many previous visits i was welcomed by a smiling face not this time last time the cavalry was fresh and cut in front of you, this time the meat had to be frozen and heated and reheated in the microwave surely i can not be the first person to complain could also note i was unable to give zero stars on the overall rating as this option is not available it is also with great sadness that i will not ever be going back
